Fleet Complete (AT&T) Integration

Connection Overview

To move forward with Fleet Complete (AT&T) integration, we will need a Name, Email, Password and Client ID

Instructions:

  1. A user with administrative access to your Fleet Complete portal will need to create a user specific to MacroPoint.
  2. Log into this account and click the person silhouette in the top right corner, the click “user profile”.

  3. Provide the Name, Email, and Client ID used along with the password you created for the MacroPoint user profile to your assigned MacroPoint Activations Consultant.
  4. We will test the connection before finalization which requires identifiers. Fleet Complete uses vehicle names,
    which are typically an eight-digit number
