Connection Overview
NexTraq connection requires a Web Services account be created by NexTraq.
Instructions:
- To connect via NexTraq you will need to request a web services account from your NexTraq account manager.
- You will likely be asked to complete a web services order form and will be provided with a username and password with appropriate access.
- Please email the credentials to your Descartes MacroPoint Activation Consultant or mpactivations@descartes.com
- Truck identifiers used are 'Unit IDs' as listed in the portal
