Accessing Old Dominion Freight Lines Web Services
Please Note: "Customer not autorated" error message is common for accounts that do not have rating
access.
- Visit the Old Dominion Freight Lines website at https://www.odfl.com/ODFL4meDashboard/Login and sign in on the top right corner of the page. If you do not have access to these login credentials,
please reach out to an Old Dominion Freight Lines representative.
- Locate your account number under the Account section on the Dashboard page
- Contact the ODFL Customer Service line at (800) 235-5569 or customer.service@odfl.com to
ensure your account has access to get rate quotes. Include your Bill To Account Code and web
username in the email address.
