Accessing SAIA Web Services
- Log in to the SAIA Customer Portal portal at www.saia.com on the top right corner of the page.
- Locate your account number under the Account section on the Dashboard page
- Contact the ODFL Customer Service line at (800) 235-5569 or customer.service@odfl.com to
ensure your account has access to get rate quotes. Include your Bill To Account Code and web
username in the email address.
