Connection Overview
To move forward with BlueTree integration you will need to email fmsupport@orbcomm.com or customer.care@orbcomm.com to request that MacroPoint connection process be started. You will be required to complete some forms before you will be given API access credentials.
Instructions:
- Speak with BlueTree/Orbcomm at fmsupport@orbcomm.com or customer.care@orbcomm.com to begin the process.
- Once you have completed the initial steps with Orbcomm please provide the API username and password to your assigned MacroPoint Activations Consultant.
